Board Meetings

All Board Meetings are open to all homeowners in Falcon Ridge II. Meetings are usually the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. (We maynot have a meeting every month) Please contact the board at boardmembers@falconridge2.org or 832-969-2700 to confirm the date and location.

ABOUT US:

We are a property owners association consisting of 99 homes in Friendswood Texas (Galveston County).

The Property Owners Association board is made up of homeowner volunteers.

Located in the northwestern corner of Galveston County--South of 518 and East of 528, we are approximately 25 miles south from downtown Houston.

We belong to Friendswood Independent School District (FISD)
A Texas Education Agency Exemplary Rated District. http://www.fisdk12.net/

CHRISTMAS/HOLIDAY DECORATIONS

Christmas decorations, including lighting, may not be placed on the house or in the front yard prior to Thanksgiving Day, and must be removed no later than January 31. All other seasonal decorations shall be limited to a maximum thirty (30) day period.

Top 10 Maintenance Items Required By Homeowners

 Top 10 Maintenance Items Required by the homeowner :

 1. Mow lawn
 2. Edge lawn
 3. Weed
 4. Trim trees. If tree overhangs sidewalk trim at height above 6′.
 5. Remove dead plants
 6. Put away trash cans. Can not be visible from street.
 7. Remove mold from house
 8. Maintain driveway. Fill ruts, repair dropped sections, etc.
 9. Don’t Store items on driveway
10.Trailers need to behind fence

FYI: If you thin out your live oaks the grass will get enough light to grow.

Homeowners and Vistors to Falcon Ridge II

City of Friendswood of Ordinances:

Sec. 10-19. It shall be unlawful for any person to fail to promptly remove and dispose of, in a sanitary manner, feces left by an animal being handled by that person on any property, public or private, other than the premises of the owner or handler of such animal.

Sec. 10-17. – Animals running at-large is prohibited in the City  of Friendswood.
