Board Meetings

All Board Meetings are open to all homeowners in Falcon Ridge II. Meetings are usually the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. (We maynot have a meeting every month) Please contact the board at boardmembers@falconridge2.org or 832-969-2700 to confirm the date and location.

ABOUT US:

We are a property owners association consisting of 99 homes in Friendswood Texas (Galveston County).

The Property Owners Association board is made up of homeowner volunteers.

Located in the northwestern corner of Galveston County--South of 518 and East of 528, we are approximately 25 miles south from downtown Houston.

We belong to Friendswood Independent School District (FISD)
A Texas Education Agency Exemplary Rated District. http://www.fisdk12.net/

Top 10 Maintenances Required by the owner

 1. Mow lawn
 2. Edge lawn
 3. Weed
 4. Trim trees. If tree overhangs sidewalk trim at height above 6′.
 5. Remove dead plants
 6. Put away trash cans. Can not be visible from street.
 7. Remove mold from house
 8. Maintain driveway. Fill ruts, repair dropped sections, etc.
 9. Don’t Store items on driveway
10.Trailers need to behind fence
