Board Meetings

All Board Meetings are open to all homeowners in Falcon Ridge II. Meetings are usually the last Tuesday of the month at 7:00 PM. (We maynot have a meeting every month) Please contact the board at or 832-969-2700 to confirm the date and location.


We are a property owners association consisting of 99 homes in Friendswood Texas (Galveston County).

The Property Owners Association board is made up of homeowner volunteers.

Located in the northwestern corner of Galveston County--South of 518 and East of 528, we are approximately 25 miles south from downtown Houston.

We belong to Friendswood Independent School District (FISD)
A Texas Education Agency Exemplary Rated District.


How are my homeowner fees/dues spent?

Homeowner fees are spent on landscaping/maintenance of the FRII entrance, grass cutting on the bank of the drainage canal, tree trimming along Falcon Ridge Blvd, water and electric costs for the FRII entrance, postage, insurance, office supplies and other administrative costs.

Who do I contact about getting the sidewalk or road fixed outside of my home?

Go to the City of Friendswood main page and click on Questions, Requests & Concerns ( ), then fill out the information requested including your request for a sidewalk or road repair.

How do I become a Board Member of the Falcon Ridge II Property Owner’s Association?

Board members are normally selected at the annual POA meeting.  Contact the FRII Board at if you are interested in serving on the board.  Time commitment for board members is minimal.
