Falcon Ridge II POA invites residents to join our Spring Community Garage Sale on Friday, April 10th and Saturday, April 11th, held in conjunction with the Keep Friendswood Beautiful Spring Sparkle event.

With increased visitors in the area, it’s the perfect opportunity to declutter, sell items, and explore great finds throughout the neighborhood.

Our Community

We are a property owners association consisting of 99 homes in Friendswood Texas (Galveston County). The Property Owners Association board is made up of homeowner volunteers. Located in the northwestern corner of Galveston County--South of 518 and East of 528, we are approximately 25 miles south from downtown Houston.

We belong to Friendswood Independent School District (FISD): http://www.fisdk12.net/

Community Notices

A “Request for Home Improvement Form” must be completed in its entirety before the start of any improvements and mailed to the address indicated on the form or emailed to boardmembers@falconridge2.org . All pertinent information such as plans, specifications, building permits, locations of the proposed improvements (indicated on a copy of the survey), etc. should be included with the application.
