Frequently Asked Questions

 How are my homeowner fees/dues spent?

Homeowner fees are spent on landscaping/maintenance of the FRII entrance, grass cutting on the bank of the drainage canal, tree trimming along Falcon Ridge Blvd, water and electric costs for the FRII entrance, postage, insurance, office supplies and other administrative costs.


Who do I contact about getting the sidewalk or road fixed outside of my home?

Go to the City of Friendswood main page and click on Questions, Requests & Concerns ( http://www.ci.friendswood.tx.us/index.cfm?fuseaction=content.map&mapTypeID=90 ), then fill out the information requested including your request for a sidewalk or road repair.


How do I become a Board Member of the Falcon Ridge II Property Owner’s Association?

Board members are normally selected at the annual POA meeting.  Contact the FRII Board at  boardmembers@falconridge2.org if you are interested in serving on the board.  Time commitment for board members is minimal.
